Registration Fees

 On or Before May 31, 2008:

   Regular $500 (Cdn)
   Student $250 (Cdn)
   Conference dinner (optional) $95 (Cdn)

 On or After June 1, 2008:

   Regular $600 (Cdn)
   Student $300 (Cdn)
   Conference dinner (optional) $95 (Cdn)

What's Included:
The registration fee for Regular and Student registrants includes:
  • access to the conference lecture halls and the exhibition area
  • conference abstract book
  • Opening BBQ on Sunday night
  • lunches for all days
  • dinner on Monday evening, including transportation to the dinner location.
The registration fee for the conference dinner includes gourmet dinner and entertainment.

Lunch
Lunch buffets will be served Monday and Tuesday at the Lowenberger residence dining hall, just across the conference lecture halls. A lunch bag will be prepared for Wednesday, as many attendees will get ready to travel back home.

Coffee breaks
Coffee breaks will be served at mid-mornings and mid afternoons.

Sunday opening reception
Sunday opening reception will be hosted in Pond Inlet and will feature a great sizzler paired with Ontario VQA wines.
