Monday dinner will be hosted at Château des Charmes, an award winning winery located in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

After a tour of the winery and a complimentary tasting, dinner will be served outside, in the middle of the vineyards.

Tuesday, July 22
Tuesday dinner will be our conference dinner and will be hosted on campus, at Isaac Brock's famous pub. Best of Niagara cuisine will be featured and prepared by local chefs. Food will be paired with Niagara wines. Live entertainment included.
