What are the benefits of consolidating global operations with Compusense at-hand?
You can seamlessly deploy and manage your consumer, marketing and sensory programs at different locations around the world. Collaborate and standardize methods across your organization and around the globe. Compusense at-hand test templates make standardization easy, giving you the flexibility to run global quality tests and make meaningful comparisons right across the organization. Plus, because there's only a single installation of the software, you can accurately budget for software and IT costs throughout the test cycle.
Is Compusense at-hand secure?
Compusense at-hand has been designed and implemented with security in mind. Permissions levels can be set to allow groups of analysts to work with specific parts of the software. Your consumers personal information is password protected. The software uses the highest grade of HTTPS encryption for the analysts who create the tests and the consumers who respond to them.
Can I use Compusense at-hand for central location testing?
As long as you have access to an Internet connection, you can run Compusense at-hand's secure web-based software from any location in the world. Whether the test is run at a central location or completed remotely from a panelist's home, this software solution gives you the flexibility to run any test on your terms.
Compusense at-hand sounds like the right sensory software for us. Can I see it in action?
Sure, send us an email and we'll send you a link to a current test. We can also take you through a demonstration of the software. Finally, you can get a feel for how Compusense at-hand can help address your specific business needs by taking it for a test drive during a complimentary evaluation period. Not only will you be able to check out its many features, but you'll discover just how easy it is to use.
How does the consumer see the test?
Your consumers will access the test from a link within an email or a website. Compusense at-hand is flexible and robust enough that you can create different tests for individual consumer panels. For example, if you want to conduct a test with a specific brand, you can direct your panel to a branded test.
However, panelists can also login and complete a test on an unbranded site. You can run tests simultaneously, monitoring and rewarding each panel for test completion. Plus, because all Compusense at-hand test data is sent in real-time, you'll have instant access to your panelist's responses.
What other software is available that can compete with Compusense at-hand?
There is no comparable software on the market. Only Compusense at-hand makes it so easy to create sophisticated experimental designs, highly detailed ballots and offers such a comprehensive blend of science-based sensory and consumer testing features. With its intuitive drag and drop functionality, security and robustness, all you'll need to know are which questions to ask your panel.
What are some of the features of Compusense at-hand?
Compusense at-hand has such a diverse offering of features, we can’t even begin to cover them here. But what makes this software solution so unique is the way the features come together to encourage collaboration, productivity and best practices in your work environment.
How does Compusense at-hand help me save time managing home panels?
For over 25 years, Compusense has conducted sensory and consumer testing in its own facility. We intimately understand the complexity of recruitment, screening and panel selection. That’s why our expertise, creating productivity tools to help streamline the process, is the cornerstone of Compusense at-hand’s web-based data collection software.
Can I evaluate panelist attendance?
Compusense at-hand’s built-in panelist incentive management system helps you track how busy your panelists are, how many tests they’ve completed and how many tests they’ve been invited to but failed to complete. Assign each test a value, based on the difficulty of the task, and reward your panelists when they have successfully completed a test. You can also create complete attendance and rewards reports for specific time intervals.
How can Compusense at-hand help me select the right panelists for my test?
Screening questionnaires make the selection of qualified panelists easy. A potential panelist will complete the questionnaire, which contains simple questions about product usage, likes and dislikes, as a regular part of their membership on your consumer panel. Based on the outcome of the questionnaire, you can choose to qualify or disqualify a prospective panelist. Plus, the screening questionnaire ensures your demographic consumer data is current and accurately represents the consumers in your panels.
How can I communicate with my panelists?
We built email functionality right into the Compusense at-hand software. That saves you time and money, but still keeps you in regular touch with your consumers. You can send a personalized email to an individual panelist; use our built-in mail-merge fields to create reminders or distribute a motivational message to all your panelists. Plus, Compusense at-hand offers an internal message centre that your panelists can access from the panelist homepage.
What is answer piping? How can I use it in testing?
Answer piping is a powerful personalization tool. Here’s how it works:
- In question number three, you provide a panelist with 50 choices. From these choices, they make their top 10 selections.
- Compusense at-hand can then “pipe” these answers forward to a future question (e.g. question 12).
- In question 12, the panelist’s top 10 choices from question three will display. Now, you can ask them to rank their top three selections.
With Compusense at-hand, you can create genuinely personalized and adaptive questionnaires based on your consumer’s responses.
