Features & Benefits: Data & Results Analysis

Results and Reporting

Want to analyze the results during the test or after it’s completed? With Compusense® five, the choice is yours. You can view results onscreen and export them for further analysis. Interested in printing the reports? That’s available too as a text-based report or in Microsoft Word. Optionally, we can work together to create customized reports and graphs that address your organization’s business criteria.

Data Analysis, Transparent Transfer

Conventional sensory statistics are included with Compusense five. For more specialized analysis, data can be moved directly into Senstools and PanelCheck or exported in SAS, SPSS or Excel formats for analysis using these or other statistical/spreadsheet packages.

Graphing: Highlight the attributes that you want to graph and presentation quality charts appear. Choose from radar plots, bar graphs, line graphs or a myriad of others. Plot mean score charts for one or more attributes. Look at frequency distributions for category, multiple choice or standard descriptor questions using the cross-tabulation graph option.

Customize the output to your own specification and print it directly from within Compusense five or cut and paste the graph into your final report. A convenient spreadsheet allows editing of the data for temporary revisions. Once you’ve created a format to meet your needs, you may save this format to apply to all your future graphs.

Customize Reports

Format standard reports to suit your business reporting conventions. Also, we can work with you to develop customized reports to suit your business needs.

Data Exporting

Export both raw and analyzed data. All standard reports can be directly exported to the spreadsheet program of your choice. Data export file formats are entirely under your control. Compusense five creates a .csv file that opens seamlessly into Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheets. You specify which spreadsheet to use and Compusense five automatically opens the program and moves your data into the columns and rows. Include column headings (optional) that identify the contents of each exported column.
